A burnout coach who's lived it and recovered.
Like so many professionals, I spent long hours at my desk trying to meet the unrelenting demands of my clients until burnout caught up with me. My body felt constantly tense, my mind overloaded, panic attacks were frequent.
One day I found myself lying on the cold stone tiles of the office bathroom, just trying to feel something. That was my wake-up call.
I discovered that the way I was breathing was keeping my nervous system locked in survival mode and that changing it could change everything else.
That discovery became my work. I now help professionals recover from burnout, manage anxiety, and build genuine resilience: not the kind that just means enduring more, but the kind that means bouncing back faster.

Is this you?
Signs you're dealing with burnout, chronic stress, or anxiety.
Exhaustion that won't liftYou sleep, but you never feel rested. You're tired even when nothing has happened.
Can't switch offYour mind keeps running after hours. The tension follows you home and into bed.
Anxiety or dreadA low-level hum of something wrong. Reactive to things that didn't used to bother you.
Poor sleepWaking at 3am. Restless nights. Mornings that feel worse than the night before.
Performance decliningThe focus, drive, and edge you used to have are not there the way they were.
Body holding the stressTight chest, shallow breathing, jaw tension, headaches. Your body's keeping score.
If any of these feel familiar, your nervous system is likely stuck in a chronic stress response. It's not a character flaw. It's physiology and you can change yours.
